Can I Return or exchange my order?
On the back of your Invoice you will find your exchange form (or email us if you didn't!) Jump online to make sure we have stock of the item you wish to exchange for and fill the form out accordingly. Post your items back to us and we will be in touch from there! Where is your swimwear manufactured?
All of our swimwear is made in Bali, Indonesia.
How long does delivery normally take?
Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3-7 business days.
Express delivery within Australia is generally overnight.
International delivery generally takes 7-21 business days.
What are the delivery rates?
For standard delivery Australia wide there is flat rate of $10.
For express delivery Australia wide there is flat rate of $15.
For International deliveries there is a flat rate of $25.
Do you express ship?
Yes of course! Select the express shipping option at checkout. Please note that although the express shipping option offers tracking, this service does not offer signature on delivery so your parcel will be left at your delivery address. We do not take responsibility for any missing parcels when express shipped.
