Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 7-13 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas; regional locations may take longer).

Shipping is free on all orders over AUD $150.

Orders under $150 incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $10 standard / $15 express.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

USA, Canada, UK & Europe: 7–14 business days

Asia & Pacific: 7–14 business days

International orders are shipped via trusted couriers with tracking provided.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your swimwear’s journey to you.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal service disruptions, customs processing). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Wrong Address / Lost Parcels

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Henley Swim is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
